Rotarian of the Year Award is presented to Rtn. Carlos G. Serapio, Chairman, Program Committee, in recognition of your dedication in the preparation of the weekly membership meeting that comprehensively presented interest in vast aspect of business, socio-political and entertainment that engendered increased participation by members, and for sponsoring participation of Rotaractors that provided opportunity for Rotaractors to develop their leadership skills by attending the weekly membership meetings of the Club, that became an opportunity of learning as future Rotarian leaders.

Leon Lambert Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to Herminio S. Esguerra, President, Rotary Year 2022-2023, in recognition of your impactful contribution to The Rotary Foundation, which has earned you the elite position as Arch Klumph Chair’s Circle Level 2 in Rotary Year 2022-2023, that contributed to the strengthening and expansion of the service capacity of The Rotary Foundation worldwide network of humanitarian commitment; and for your dedication in all leadership role in Rotary Club of Manila that created impactful service projects in Rotary Area of Focus for the Environment, Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Basic Education and Literacy, Disease Prevention and Treatment, Maternal and Child Health, Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention and Community Economic Development.
