Third Regular Board Meeting

THE third regular Board meeting was held on August 14, 2025 in the Library Room of Elks Club from 3PM to 7PM. Present during the meeting were President Raoul Creencia, IPP Jujut Enriquez, Directors-Mike Albaña, Rami Chahwan, Edwin Hernandez, Hans Palacios, Warren So, Secretary Anton Mauricio, Treasurer PJ Garcia, Assistant Treasurer Karlo Castro, Internal Auditor Nick Locsin, Assistant Internal Auditor Mike Roxas, Board Legal Adviser Caloy Serapio, and Deputy Sergeant-at-Arms John Cutter.

Monthly Meeting of the Circle of Centennial Rotary Clubs

THE Circle of Centennial Rotary Clubs held its monthly meeting on August 21, 2025. In attendance were representatives from RC Seattle 4, RC Calcutta, RC San Francisco 2, RC Wilmington Delaware, RC Madras India, RC Northfield Minnesota, RC Lisbon, and RC Manila, represented by International Relations Chair Nick Locsin.

Executive Committee Meeting

THE Executive Committee Meeting of the Board was held on August 22, 2025, at 3 PM via Zoom. Present at the meeting were President Raoul Creencia, Vice President Ricky Guevara, Secretary Anton Mauricio, Treasurer PJ Garcia, Board Legal Adviser Caloy Serapio, Consultant Anna Kun-Toledo, and Executive Secretary Lhea Lozano.

Community Service Group Directors Meeting

DIRECTOR Jason Bogovich, Director Warren So, and Secretary Anton Mauricio met via Zoom on August 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., to discuss the projects and committee chairs under the 7 Areas of Focus. ES Lhea Lozano and Consultant Anna Kun Toledo were invited to the meeting.

Committee on Elections Meeting

COMMITTEE on Election Chair PP Archit Bartolome, Co-Chairman IPP Jujut Enriquez, met with President Raoul Creencia and E-Balloting Administrator Nico Hallare last Thursday, August 28, 2025 via Zoom. Also present were Executive Secretary Lhea Lozano and Consultant Anna Kun Toledo.
