PVP Joel Valdes Joins Circle of Filipino American Rotarians (CFAR) Fellowship Dinner with Bay Area Members

PAST Vice President Joel Valdes attended the fellowship dinner with over 20 members of the Circle of Filipino American Rotarians (CFAR) from all over the Bay Area at Hula Hoops in San Francisco on August 23, 2025. PRID Raffy Garcia joined before flying to New York to assist in the election of the incoming RI president.
