Fifth Monthly Regular Board Meeting

THE fifth monthly regular board meeting was held on October 22, 2025 at Meeting Room 14 of the SMX Manila Convention Center.

President Raoul Creencia, Director Jason Bogovich, Director Hans Palacios, Director Edwin Hernandez (via Zoom), Director Mike Albaña, Assistant Secretary Paco Magsaysay, Director-Elect/Board Legal Adviser Caloy Serapio, Treasurer PJ Garcia (via Zoom), Vice President-Elect/Assistant Treasurer Karlo Castro, and Internal Auditor Nick Locsin were present at the meeting. Our outsourced Bookkeeper Ms. Glennies Racuya and Ms. Diana Del Rosario also attended and presented the financial report.
