Leaders Excelling in ADR and Peacemaking (LEAP) Awards
The Rotary Club of Manila, DOJ-OADR and the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators held the inaugural LEAP Awards at the Manila Hotel on October 20, 2025.

THE Rotary Club of Manila, in partnership with the Department of Justice – Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR) and the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb), proudly held the inaugural LEAP (Leaders Excelling in ADR and Peacemaking) Awards at the Manila Hotel.
This meaningful celebration honored exemplary individuals and organizations who embody the spirit of peacebuilding, dialogue, and service through just and compassionate conflict resolution. Through the LEAP Awards, Rotary continues its enduring mission to promote peace, understanding, and goodwill among all people.

The LEAP Awards was held on October 20, 2025 at the Maynila Room of the Manila Hotel. Present from the Rotary Club of Manila were (from left) Incoming Secretary/Past Director Albert Alday, Director-Elect/LEAP Awards Chair Teddy Kalaw, President Raoul Creencia, and Secretary Anton Mauricio.
