Committee and coordination meetings were held in October 2025 ahead of the District Oktoberfest.
A committee meeting for the upcoming Oktoberfest event, scheduled for October 22, 2025, was held via Zoom on October 13, 2025. Attending the session were President Raoul Creencia, Fellowship Chair/District-Elect Nico Valencia, Director Mike Albaña, and Past President Hermie Esguerra.
A coordination meeting was held at the Turf Room of the Manila Polo Club to discuss updates and finalize preparations for the upcoming District Octoberfest. In attendance were President Raoul Creencia, Fellowship Committee Chair/DE Nico Valencia, along with members of the Secretariat Team.
