Rotary Club of Manila and Abbott Laboratories Team Up to Combat Child Malnutrition
A training session for teachers at Mithing Pangarap in Balut, Tondo measured the height of 150 school children as part of a joint malnutrition-monitoring project.

THE Rotary Club of Manila and Abbott Laboratories conducted a training session for teachers at Mithing Pangarap in Balut, Tondo, to measure the height of 150 school children. This is in line with the joint project to monitor and combat malnutrition among children. The measurements were immediately conducted after the orientation and training.
President Raoul Creencia, together with Director Jason Bogovich and Chairman John Cutter, represented RCM, while the Abbott Laboratories team was headed by Sharon Mak (from Abbot Singapore) and Dr. Jun Dimaano.
