Paolo Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV, Senator of the Republic of the Philippines, was guest of honor and speaker at the joint meeting.

RECOGNIZED in the Philippines as the “Father of Free College,” he is committed to ensuring that every Filipino student has access to quality education and a clear path to employment.
As a senator, he will ensure that Filipino families and workers receive adequate support and assistance through the passage of laws that promote affordable cost of living.

A renowned youth leader, multi-awarded social entrepreneur, former television and radio host, and e-sports advocate, he’s the Principal Sponsor of the landmark Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, which made public college education free for millions of young Filipinos. He was the youngest senator elected in 2013. Today, he leads the Philippines’ newest political party, the Katipunan ng Nagkakaisang Pilipino (KNP), as its chairperson.
In his first term as senator, he authored and championed key laws such as the Go Negosyo Act, the Fair Competition Act, and the Youth Entrepreneurship Act. He is the number two senator in the 2025 National Elections, garnering over 20 million votes nationwide. In the Philippine Senate, he leads the Committee on Basic Education and the Committee on Science and Technology as the Chairperson.
