STAR Rtn. Manuel “AJ” E. Pangilinan is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer and a respected leader in both real estate development and sustainable mobility. As the head of Finasiatech Corpora-tion, he has been instrumental in advancing e-mobility initiatives that provide electric vehicle solutions for TODA drivers, promoting both sustainability and inclusive growth.

He has successfully built strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including EV manufacturers, financial institutions, and government agencies, helping accelerate the transition to cleaner transport systems.

In the real estate sector, he leads multiple companies where he has driven the development of Build-to-Suit office projects for BPO clients, working closely with multinational firms and industry partners to deliver high-impact developments.

He holds a degree in Marketing Management from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde and a Master in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila.

Beyond his professional achievements, he is an active member of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) and the MINI Car Club Philippines. In his leisure time, he enjoys golf and tennis—reflecting his dynamic and well-rounded personality.
