Keynote Address

FIRST in Asia, always the first in Manila, we are here in kilometer zero, in any point of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, north and south, it starts and the journey begins here. And I think with the new presidency, from zero, I think thousands of kilometers ang mare-reach natin to help our fellow citizens.

So, congratulations, for the new sets of officers, and goodluck, may awa ang Diyos, mapagtagumpayan natin, yun ating layunin na ipagmalasakit ang ating bansa, ating syudad, ating club at higit sa lahat yun ating mga kababayang nangangailangan.

From the beginning, Rotary by principle it is always helping others, so continue and our own little way as your city government, as your mayor, nasa kod-li niyo lang ako, anytime we could be at service, push button lang kami sa Maynila. Lagi kayong welcome sa Lungsod ng Maynila.
