COMELEC Holds Virtual Meeting to Ensure Credible Electoral Process

The Committee on Elections (COMELEC) convened via Zoom on September 15, 2026, bringing together its members to fulfill their respective responsibilities and further the Club’s commitment to a fair, transparent, orderly, and credible electoral process.

Participating in the deliberations were Chairman/IPP Raoul Creencia, Co-Chair/PP Archit Bartolome, PP Chito Zaldarriaga, Director Caloy Serapio, and PVP Ricky Guevara.

Also participating in the determination were STAR Rotarian Winston Ginez and E-Balloting Chair/Rotarian Nico Hallare, who, although not present during the virtual meeting, had conveyed their respective positions and decisions to Chairman/IPP Raoul Creencia. Their votes were duly considered and formed part of the official determination of the COMELEC.
