Attending in person at the Manila Elks Club were Chair Raoul Creencia, President Mike Roxas, Secretary Anton Mauricio, Trustees Karlo Castro, Dan Obrado, and Noy Benedicto.
IPC Alex Cureg, IPP Jujut Enriquez, and BLA Chris Tamesis joined remotely via Zoom.
