Greetings in the name of Rotary!

I received today, May 22, 2017, the official report of the District Balloting Committee Chaired by P.P. Carlos Ocampo with P.P. Rita E. Quizon and P.P. Allen Anigan as member.(attached herewith is the official report). Pursuant to 14.040.4 of the Manual of Procedure, 2016. I am officially informing your good person and all Rotary Clubs of Rotary International District 3810 of the result of the selection for District Governor for Rotary Year 2019-2020 which are as follows;

Number of clubs that cast their votes: One Hundred Fifty Six (156)

Number of spoiled or invalid ballots: Three (3). Two (2) abstained.

Number of votes cast: For LIZA ELORDE, SEVENTY SEVEN (77); For WINSTON ONGCHINKE, Six (6); For MADOLYN UANANG, Seventy Three (73)

TRANSFERRED VOTES: Six (6). Liza Elorde - Four (4), making a total of Eighty One (81); Madolyn Uanang - Two (2), making a total of Seventy Five (75)

Therefore based on the official report of the District Balloting Committee, I hereby declare P.P. Liza V. Elorde as the duly elected District Governor Nominee Designate of District 3810.
