Rtn. Tony Lopez, as Officer-In-Charge/ Program Moderator, calls the sequence of activities.

Rtn. Dante Gierran delivers an ecumenical prayer.

PD Rod Valencia leads in the recitation of the Four (4) Way Test as a renewal of the Rotary credo for all Rotarians.

DE/IPAS Rene Policarpio introduces the guests, visiting Rotarians and personalities seated at the presidential table.

PSAA Fred Lim does the honor, pleasure and privilege of introducing Hon. Panfilo M. Lacson, Senator, Republic of the Philippines, as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

Sen. Panfilo M. Lacson presented before Manila Rotarians and their guests, his legislative agenda and current issues hugging the limelight. A public forum followed suit with VP Hermie Esguerra, PD Rod Valencia, Rtn. Hans Palacios, PD Beda Fajardo, PVP Chito Zaldarriaga and PP Frank Evaristo raising their respective questions to Sen. Panfilo M. Lacson.
