Meet the New Members of the Secretariat

REMEDIOS CONSTANCIA S. BIGCAS, whose nickname is Maricon, is an Executive Assistant of the Rotary Club of Manila. Hailing from Capiz, she resides in Taguig City and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the West Visayas State University. Her wealth of experience in Rotary includes having been the Head of the District Secretariat during the RY 2017-2018, an Executive Assistant of a Past District Governor of Rotary District 3810 for twenty (20) years, and having been a secretary of various Rotary clubs in the district. Her Rotary experience likewise includes stints in various capacities in the Philippine Conference on Rotary Concerns, Manila Rotary Institute 2003, Manila Rotary Institute 2009, Rotary Friendship Exchange, Manila Rotary Institute 2015, Bangkok Rotary Institute 2016, Taipei Rotary Institute 2017 and Manila Rotary Institute 2019. She has likewise attended several Rotary International Conventions, namely, the Chicago Convention (2005), the Bangkok Convention (2012), the Lisbon Convention (2013), the Sydney Convention (2014), the Toronto Convention (2018) and the Hamburg Convention (2019). She was the President of the Rotary Association of District Secretariats (ADSEC) in RY 2003-2004, RY 2004-2005, RY 2005-2006 and RY 2006-2007.

MIRASOL TRONIADO-ENCARNACION, whose nickname is Sol, is an Executive Assistant of the RCManila Foundation. Hailing from Bohol, she resides in Imus, Cavite and holds a Bachelor of Science in Airline Secretarial Administration from PATTS College of Aeronautics. Her wealth of experience in Rotary includes having been head of the District Secretariat for RY 2001-2002, RY 2005-2006, RY 2016-2017 and RY 2019-2020. Her other Rotary involvements in various capacities include the Philippine Conference for Rotary Concerns (RY 2002-2003), the Manila Rotary Institute (RY 2003-2004), the Manila Rotary Institute (RY 2009-2020), the Manila Rotary Institute (RY 2015-2016) and the Manila Rotary Institute (RY 2019-2020). She had been a Secretary for various Rotary clubs in the district and was President of the Rotary Association of Districf Secretariats (ADSEC) for RY 2015-2016 and RY 2016-2017.
