Q: How is rescheduling of a Board Meeting undertaken?
A: The following item in the Code of Policies is authoritative:
“2.1.6.5 Rescheduling Rescheduling of board meetings shall be allowed whenever the situation warrants upon the request by at least three members of the Board and the President. The President advises the Club Secretary to issue such notice rescheduling the board meetings. Rescheduling shall be subject to a prior notification of at least three days notice.”
Q: What happens to the Board Meeting when there is lack of a quorum?
A: The following item in the Code of Policies is authoritative:
“2.1.6.6 Lack of Quorum Due to lack of quorum, the business that transpired will be considered a caucus, subject to a board ratification in the same meeting period or in the immediately succeeding board meeting.”
