The People Management Association of the Philippines once again collaborates with the Rotary Club of Manila (RCM) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) for this year’s The Outstanding Workers of the Republic (TOWER) Award. It is my great honor and privilege to address the esteemed white-collar and blue-collar workers of the nation. It is because of your talent, innovativeness and passion for your work that contributed to the productivity and efficiency of your organization. You are our shining exemplars that showcase the ingenuity and competencies of the Filipino workers. Furthermore, you and your projects are worth emulating as it has withstood the rigorous assessments and judgments of our esteemed Board of judges.
