Message from TOWER Awards Chairman Jesus M. Pineda, Jr.

Greetings! I wish to congratulate the three individual awardees and four team awardees of our outstanding blue-collar workers of the Republic of the Philippines for the prestigious Tower Award. These hardworking individuals and teams have demonstrated exceptional innovation and dedication in their respective companies, making significant contributions not only in their workplaces but also to their communities and families in the face of a highly competitive and digitalized economy. They are the unsung heroes of the workforce, whose tireless efforts often go unnoticed. These individuals have shown remarkable resilience and ingenuity in their work, embodying the spirit of Excellence and commitment.

I wish to thank our partners, People Management of the Philippines, Department of Labor and Employment, San Miguel Corporation and Philippine Amusement and Games Corporation in supporting this legacy project of the Rotary Club of Manila with a shared vision to create an environment that encourages blue-collar industries to improve employment, livelihood and training opportunities thru creative productivity and innovative retooling and upscaling of workers.
