Supporting Onsemi’s Quality Policy, which aims to embed quality in every system, tool, and process with detailed attention to providing best-in-class products and solutions, demonstrates our inherent zero-defect quality mind-set from ideation through execution and delivery, thereby supporting consistent growth. "The Redeemers" were formed to address the third-highest ICAR cases at Final Test, which involve poor sealing. It is a condition where there is damaged or incomplete adhesion of the cover tape to the carrier tape. They used the 7 step QC tools for their journey in solving this problem. The team aims to eliminate this problem and create standardized solutions that will lead to a quality environment.

Collectively, these individuals gather data and focus on finding solutions to improve the current process performance in the manufacturing area, specifically regarding the quality of finished products. They strive for a higher quality standard to surpass the current one, and we are proud to say that their efforts have paid off, as they have succeeded in eliminating one of the recurring problems in the production line. The team are a group of versatile individuals driven by a fervor for creativity, teamwork, and personal advancement. Renowned for their steadfast dedication to self-improvement and expressing individuality, they value the continuous pursuit of knowledge and actively explores novel ideas, varied perspectives, and diverse experiences. While engaged in operations, they draw inspiration from their surroundings, infusing their work with a distinctive mix of insight and originality.
Luis, assigned as a Lot Scheduler, excels in collaborative settings, contributing significantly as the team leader. Possessing a natural flair for communication and empathy, he excels in building meaningful connections within the team. His ability plays a pivotal role in driving collective success and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Fenny is also a Lot Scheduler; she is a committed employee who approaches her work with unwavering integrity, diligence, and an unrelenting pursuit of excellence. Her dedication to maintaining high standards contributes to a work ethic that consistently delivers exceptional results.
April is a Final Test operator who embodies dedication in her role as an employee. She consistently displays a strong commitment to the values of integrity, diligence, and excellence. Her work is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a thorough approach, ensuring that tasks are not only completed but done with precision and accuracy.
They are not only dedicated to professional pursuits but also emerge as an avid advocate for community engagement and social impact.
