Fundraising Excellence stands at the top of the agenda. RCMFI aims to grow its restricted fund by PHP 2 million, ensuring a more robust financial base to support its projects and initiatives. Key strategies to achieve this goal include the successful hosting of the 3rd RCM Golf Cup Tournament and the launch of the Trust Endowment Fund, which will secure long-term financial stability for the Foundation.

Membership growth is also a priority, with a target to double RCMFI’s membership by engaging new donors and partners. This growth will strengthen the Foundation’s capacity to fulfill its mission and enhance its ability to serve the community.

In addition, streamlining administrative services and rationalizing the Foundation’s budget will increase operational efficiency. With an external auditor providing enhanced oversight, RCMFI will ensure its financial processes remain transparent and accountable.
