Planning Meeting of the Incoming Board for RY 2025-2026

THE Incoming Board of Directors had a planning meeting with the nominated committee chairmen and vice Chairmen last Friday to Sunday, February 7 to 9, 2025 at Marriot Hotel, Clarkfield, Pampanga. Present at the planning session were President-elect Raoul Creencia, Vice President-elect Ricky Guevara, Directors-elect Warren So, Mike Albaňa, Rami Chahwan, Incoming Treasurer PJ Garcia, Incoming Asst. Treasurer Karlo Castro, Incoming Internal Auditor Nick Locsin, Incoming Asst. Auditor Mike Roxas. Joining via Zoom were Directors-elect Edwin Hernandez and Jason Bogovich.

The incoming board gathered for lunch at Binulo Restaurant before heading to the Marriott Hotel for their planning meeting.

Present at the luncheon were President-elect Raoul Creencia, Vice President-elect Ricky Guevara, Director-elect Rami Chahwan, Incoming Treasurer PJ Garcia, and Incoming Internal Auditor PD Nick Locsin.

Day 1: February 7, 2025

Workshop 1: Presentation of all Committees and Chairs

Incoming Treasurer PJ Garcia led the invocation.

The Directors-elect gave a 10-minute presentation on the work of their respective committees.

As part of their planning session, the incoming board and officers attended the First Friday Mass via Zoom and were each assigned lector duties.

VP Joel Valdes joined President Jujut Enriquez for the final day of the planning session.

President Jujut Enriquez discussed the projects, initiatives, and other matters that will spill over for the next Rotary Year.
