Rotarian Rafael “Raf” S. Dionisio Named 2025 TOYM Awardee for Regenerative Tourism and Circular Economy Entrepreneurship

Rotarian Rafael “Raf” S. Dionisio has been named one of the 2025 honorees of The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Awards, one of the country’s most prestigious recognitions for exemplary leadership and service. Raf was selected for the category of Regenerative Tourism and Circular Economy Entrepreneurship, emerging as one of only four awardees chosen nationwide from a competitive field of 150 nominees.

The TOYM Awards, jointly conferred by Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines and the TOYM Foundation, honor young Filipinos whose professional excellence and civic commitment contribute significantly to nation-building. The 2025 edition carries the theme “Excellence in Action: Building a Better Tomorrow,” underscoring the role of visionary leadership in addressing the country’s most pressing social, environmental, and economic challenges.

A committed member of the Rotary Club of Manila (RCM), Dionisio has been a consistent and passionate advocate for sustainable development, particularly in advancing initiatives that integrate environmental stewardship with inclusive economic growth.
