Aleco Monday Breakfast Fellowship

RCM and Aleco hosted Baguio Mayor Benjie Magalong for a no-holds-barred discussion on Philippine politics, offering confidential insights into pressing governance issues.

The forum was organized by PP Archit Bartolome and Rtn. Cris Acosta, Mayor Magalong's PMA mistah, at the Manila Golf Club.

PD Amading Valdez Presents Balita Issue to Mrs. Gina de Venecia

Past Director Amading Valdez presents a copy of Balita to Mrs. Gina de Venecia during the 40th-day memorial for her late husband, former House Speaker and Rotarian Joe de Venecia. The issue, which features Former Speaker de Venecia in its People section, was presented at the service held at the Libingan ng mga Bayani on March 21, 2026.

In a moment of remembrance over lunch, PE Reggie Yu sits down with Rotary Club of Makati West Past President Franco del Rosario at the Sports Café of the Manila Polo Club on April 13, 2026 to reflect on the life and enduring legacy of his father, RCM Past President Francisco “Toting” del Rosario, who passed last March 4, 2026.

Aleco Monday Breakfast Fellowship

The Aleco Monday Breakfast Fellowship was held on March 30, 2026, hosted by PP Ebot Tan, who shared his story as an accidental law student. Resolved, that many in the Philippines have cut back on spending because of the crisis.

The Aleco Monday Breakfast Fellowship was well-attended, welcoming new attendees Phil Ong and Romy Nones; celebrating the birthdays of Ricky Guevara and Willie Peliño; and getting a pharma industry update from Pascual Laboratories' Abe Pascual, who hosted the meeting.

Resolved, that a dominant political dynasty (e.g., Masbate) can actually work positively because not a lot of energy is wasted on political opposition.
