Brandon "Gelo" Wong is a 23-year- old Filipino entrepreneur and cofounder of BYC Ventures, the company behind the Philippines’ national blockchain infrastructure. He began his entrepreneurial journey at 14 and now serves as Chief Growth Officer, leading goto-market strategy and business development for a platform that has placed over $90 billion in government records on-chain.

Under his leadership, BYC Ventures has grown into a trusted partner of major Philippine government institutions — including the DBM, DPWH, DICT, and the Philippine Congress — building one of the most significant blockchain deployments in Southeast Asian public sector history.

The company’s flagship product, Lumen, serves as a Truth Operating System combining blockchain infrastructure, AI, and post-quantum readiness for institutional clients.

He studied Entrepreneurial Management at the University of Asia and the Pacific and has represented the Philippine blockchain sector in government hearings and policy discussions.
