The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) expresses its full support for the upcoming 2026 TOWER Awards of the Rotary Club of Manila (RCM), in partnership with the Philippine Ecozones Association (PHILEA).

Established in 1975, The Outstanding Workers of the Republic (TOWER) Awards Program of the Rotary Club of Manila is a prestigious annual award that recognizes the vital contributions of Filipino workers—particularly rank-and-file, blue-collar, and nonsupervisory white-collar employees—to national economic development.

The program seeks to uplift workers’ morale, enhance career opportunities, and promote industrial harmony by honoring individuals who demonstrate excellence, innovation, and dedication in their respective fields.

In line with PEZA’s mandate to promote employment generation and strengthen the Filipino workforce, the Authority proudly supports this initiative by encouraging enterprises to nominate deserving employees across PEZA-registered ecozones.

These individuals, from both manufacturing and services sectors, play a vital role in driving productivity, operational efficiency, and global competitiveness, thereby contributing to the continued growth of the country’s investment landscape.

PEZA likewise places utmost importance on recognizing enterprises that actively elevate and honor their workforce by nominating employees whose achievements reflect excellence, innovation, and the dignity of labor.

The TOWER Awards Ceremony will be held on May 28, 2026 at the Manila Polo Club, where outstanding employees will be formally honored for their exceptional achievements and valuable contributions to their respective organizations and to national economic development. In recognition of their exemplary performance, each awardee will receive a cash prize of 𝗣𝗵𝗽 𝟭𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬 under the TOWER Awards Program.
