The Aleco Monday Breakfast Fellowship met on a holiday and passed a resolution on capital for agriculture and permit processing.

Aleco Monday Breakfast Fellowship on a holiday, August 31, 2026, on a holiday, celebrating the birthday of our host, sugar baron and philantrophist Tony Montinola (rightmost), former President of Republic Bank.

Resolved, that banks should provide easier access to capital for agriculture, and that the government (especially LGUs) should not unnecessarily delay the processing of permits and licenses.
