The Rotary Zone 10A Regional Membership Chair PDG Anna Bumagat and Regional Public Image Chair PDG Mildred Vitangcol joined forces to conduct the Rotary Zone 10A Membership Strategic Planning Workshop last September 25, 2025 at the Alegria Function Room of Casa Ibarra, SM MOA in Pasay City.

The workshop was brought about by the dwindling membership numbers worldwide such that a campaign was launched to attain the goal of having 1.25 million Rotarians and 125,000 Rotaractors by the 125th Anniversary of Rotary International in 2030.

DGN Hermie Esguerra and DE/DDPIC/Club Secretary Albert S. Alday as Incoming Senior Deputy Governor for Public Image (District Public Image Coordinator) were part of the team representing Rotary International District 3810 in the said workshop. Working as part of the team, the breakout sessions led to goals for each district with strategies on how to operationalize said goals.

Both Manila Rotarians joined DGE Jun Pasion, IDSG Mark Tan, ICOS Richard Tan and the District Rotaract Representative-Elect of the district in charting the path and presenting in the form of a talk show the goals and strategies. Incoming District Learning Facilitator PDG Josie Ang, District Membership Chairman PDG Ernest Yuyek and District Rotary Foundation Chairman PDG Ernie Choa lent their all out support to the team.
