Rotary District 3810 Brings Mobility and Hope to Caloocan City Residents
Rotary District 3810 distributed wheelchairs to indigent residents of Barangay 14, Caloocan City through PH CARES on September 28, 2026.
Public Image ISDG Albert S. Alday, as part of the core group of Rotary District 3810 for RY 2027-2028 led by DGE Jun Pasion together with ICOS Richard Tan and IDSG Mark Eugene Tan, distributed wheelchairs to indigent residents of Barangay 14 in Caloocan City who badly needed them last September 28, 2026. The wheelchairs were provided through PH CARES. The team gathered first at the Barangay 14 Hall before they did a house-to-house distribution of the said wheelchairs.
