A coordination meeting was held on September 15, 2025, via Zoom to discuss preparations for the RI District 3810 Oktoberfest. Hosted by the Rotary Club of Manila, the event is scheduled for October 22, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia.
In the meeting were President Raoul Creencia, Director Mike Albaña, Past President Hermie Esguerra (RID 3810 District Secretary General), and Oktoberfest Chair / Director-elect Nico Valencia.
